Billy Kennedy (NC-5): Expected announcement of candidacy

Big things have happened recently with Billy Kennedy's Facebook group. There is an event in the works that looks, smells, and acts like an announcement tour.
The facebook event has the following description:
Come join the movement! Billy is formally making the announcement February 8th. We are organizing a caravan to follow him and support him as he travels the 5th District to talk to voters.

BUT WAIT!!! Theres MORE! Where ActBlue once had a dismal hole in the NC-5 candidates slot there is now a "Billy Kennedy" account! The ActBlue page reads:
Billy Kennedy is from the "Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party." He is a new progressive leader seeking election to the House of Representatives, running against Virginia Foxx (NC-5)
Kennedy is running for Congress because he's sick of Washington "Business as Usual" - gridlock and grand-standing and special interests and corruption. Kennedy says some of the solutions to these problems are simple: make American jobs and working people a priority. Improve and expand education. Get smart about defeating terrorists. Focus on improving our quality of life for our children.
Kennedy says Foxx won¹t extend a helping hand to out-of-work people, but wants to strip Americans of their rights and freedoms and take more money from their pockets.
Billy Kennedy is a "better" Democrat with a smart campaign and a strong progressive message. He will win with your help.
Looks like evil Virginia is finally getting a serious candidate.

Big Invite
I had invited several of my facebook friends to the Kennedy group a while back who live in the 5th district, but now that the announcement is close I figured it was time for the gloves to come off and invite all my friends in NC (which was about 600 more invites) because surely none of them want NC to continue to be presented in this light.
Hopefully that will help the facebook group break 1000 by the time of the announcement on the 8th.
