Binker doing what Binker does best
Untangling the hugest political hairball of all.
It sounded to my layman’s ears that the judges wanted to get a better sense of how well or badly the case might go for the plaintiffs before they made a decision on how drastically to intervene in this year’s election schedule.

I don't doubt that what Binker says is right
but it sure seems like one f/cked up way to run a courtroom proceeding.
Do good. Be nice. Have fun.
More from Binker on Tillis
Lyin' Thom says he may not have the votes to override Perdue's veto of the GOP's Kill the Darkies bill. I don't believe Tillis as far as I can throw him. He's sandbagging.
Do good. Be nice. Have fun.
I don't believe him, either
Once they're back in session, Republicans will be watching every day for the right attendance numbers, and they'll jump at any chance to override this.
Then again, I can also see them sending out mailers with mugshots of killers (like they did before), and blaming Democrats for putting their lives at risk.
