Blatant Self-Promotion: Come to My Reading Dec. 8th!

If any of you are in the Raleigh/Durham areas and want to do something a little different on the night of Wednesday, December 8th, come on down to The Regulator Bookshop on Ninth Street at 7:00 PM. BTW, I somehow mastered the art of inserting an image on Blue NC! (Thank you James, Jaker and Steve) I am suffused with accomplishment. It's an awfully big image and I canl;t figure out what to do about that, but at least I'm off the on ramp and in the slow lane for the information superhighway.

Something like with the carrots on the side (is that what they're called?) will reduce the size. If you just set a width it will adjust the height proportionally. You can play around with the number a little bit using the preview option until you find a size that works for you and makes everything easy to read on the picture. I find that front paged stories on BlueNC that have the little image to go with them is usually somewhere around width=150
