Charlie Gibson's Debate: 4 Cartoons

I watched last night's "debate" with horror. As you probably know by now, nearly the entire first hour was taken up by bullshit questions about lapel pins, bitterness, Rev. Wright and Bill Ayers nonsense. But they did manage to carve out a minute from their televised circus to discuss gas prices for sixty seconds. I would have rather listened to a real discussion on the horrible treatment of vets, the economic crisis, China's human rights record, trade deals, h1B visas, renewable energy, the tap on my phone, the plummeting dollar and a solution to health care just to name a few.
Anyway, I didn't know which strip to choose, so I am publishing them all. You get to decide which is best.
Cartoons for Democrats by Democrats?
The top cartoon is suggesting that Hillary is ONLY electable because she is white- and Obama is NOT electable because he is black.
That's funny... because....as Democrats we only see black and white? Humm, I thought we cared about the issues.
Let'me see if I can guess what the second one means, it's harder to decipher...
Our Democratic candidates should only care about gas prices if they are willing to wear a flag pin???
Ok- and the third one is suggesting that Obama has a nipple ring with the colors of the flag?
And the final 'cartoon' is very clear in it's message. Lucky for us. It is suggesting that our white female candidate should have sex with rev. wright in order to get coverage of her performance in the PA debate.
Interesting.
Oh boy.
I can't even begin to explain how hard you missed the point of all four of those cartoons.
Yeah.........
The labels on the podiums are the implied labels Gibson is pushing.
The second is a suggested protest action, in essence telling Gibson where he can stick his Made In Chine lapel pin.
The third wonders what counts as patriotic? Does a nipple ring? How about a red, white and blue Prince Albert? I just doubt BlueNC would want my rendition of a Prince Albert on their site. Ya know?
The fourth postulates on how Hillary can get more coverage. Since Obama gets damn near 24/7 coverage on the Wright issue, Hillary will need to up the ante and have interracial sex in the back of the Popemobile.

Both Clinton and Obama were trying to tell him the same thing but his ears were plugged. Had to turn it off or I was sure I'd blow a blood vessel somewhere.

ABC/Disney really made a mess of it last night. Horrific - just underlines how little credibility the MSM maintains - especially as part of the entertainment metro-plex.
