Community action primer

This great little video won't win awards for slick production, but it's a great example of one person (not me) bringing clarity to a complex community challenge. I happen to agree with the message here, and will keep you posted on whether the Chapel Hill Town Council allows a stress-out developer to ransack its comprehensive plan.
