How well is the GOP protecting NC water resources?

Not very.

Wake County has closed three recreational swimming areas at Falls Lake due to elevated levels of bacteria based on Environmental Protection Agency standards. Sandling Beach, Beaverdam Beach and Holly Point Beach are currently closed.

This is just the beginning

These risks often come late in the summer, but we're getting an early start this year. This is is just the beginning of a steady degradation of North Carolina's natural environment. With a combination of climate change threats, legislators with their heads in the sand, and Mr. John "Magoo" Skvarla at the wheel, this bus is heading over a cliff.

If you want to swim...

....move to a gated community with a private pool....

You can't prove

that water and air quality is degrading.

Because NC GOP is removing most of the sensors that would prove that water and air quality are degrading.

Eventually they will learn that they can not drink or breathe money.
