Dumbass or liar?

To all the people in North Carolina who are considering voting for Rick Santorum in the May 8 primary, we on the left would really like to know your answer to this question. Is the guy just flat out ignorant, or is he a pathological liar like so many other leaders of your family-values party?

I am leaning towards dumbass but I'll keep the liar option open.
