Laffer is a joke
He has yet to offer anything besides a bunch of happy talk about how his plans will make up for the whopping disparities that will result. The truth is, his plans designed to destroy government, pure and simple.
Just watch the black market boom
I can see one "happy" result of upping the sales tax for things like food. People will start trading underground. They already do with things like yard sales and Craigslist.
