The guy is supposed to a be champion for free market principles, stalwartly defending private enterprises from overzealous government intervention. But now he's deciding how to spend profits that were confiscated from a wildly successful private business via a radical court system. Which should cause an internal conflict of keep-you-up-at-night proportions. If he was really a Libertarian, that is.
