Fighting for our children: Thank you Governor Perdue

The Executive joins the Judicial in defense of at-risk pre-k children:

Gov. Bev Perdue issued an executive order that directs state agencies to accept all at-risk children in the early education program formerly known as More at Four and tells lawmakers to fully fund the initiative.

Not only is it Constitutional and in compliance with a court order, it's also (gasp) the right thing to do. Thank you, Governor.
