For Your Election Results Fix...

I can't wait until 7:30 pm May 6th when the polls close and the votes start coming in... the anticipation is seriously about to kill me.

The NC Board of Elections has an awesome web page dedicated to reporting election results from across the state in this historical primary. It includes a summary of every race statewide and by county. Plus it has voter turn out numbers, and a map of the state to see results by county. There is even a tab where you can download CSV and XLS reports, and filter by CD, county or vote type.

It's pretty cool. You can see it HERE.

I was told that when polls close at 7:30 county BOEs will be counting One Stop and paper ballots first, then they will count precinct ballots as they come into the office. The BOE here in Forsyth told me that they will start updating the website soon after 7:30, and to expect results from precincts to start being released around 9:00.

I hope you all have a GREAT Election Day!! and that you all find a good after party to attend!
