No one should expect "drill baby drill McCrory" to be distracted by facts, but that shouldn't deter those of us in the reality-based community from pointing out that the fracking emperor has no clothes.

If you're the type that needs to be "in the mood" before watching an extended subtitled program, then bookmark this and come back later. But do come back, because this is not only interesting on the environmental front, it's a cultural gem as well.
For decades under Soviet Bloc influence, the Bulgarian people suffered some of the worst treatment of any of the satellites. Their own internal security made the KGB look like boy scouts in comparison, and those who were already perched on the edge of starvation could expect a casual bullet in the back of the head if they spoke out. You can still see the hesitation in their eyes when many of them speak today.
Being screwed over by the frackers would be just one more in a long line of injustices.
