If you want to understand the real issues in today's health care debate, read this article in the Independent. It's Bob Geary putting a human face on the emerging public option, with a good review of Kay Hagan's evolving positions.
Good article
As soon as Rhonda has her non-profit up and running she can count me as a contributor. It might not be much money, but with the drive she has - battling through joblessness and disability by going back to school - she can't help but succeed. It won't matter how many progressive programs we get in place, there will always be at-risk children for her to help and from the sketch Geary gives of this woman she has what it takes to do a lot of good for these kids.
