Getting more bang for your blogging buck

I've been impressed with a new initiative recently launched by the team at Daily Kos. Simply put, they're working to take the reins of the Internet using a disciplined, community-based effort for search engine optimization. It's good stuff all around.

If you're looking to get more mileage from your online efforts, the Daily Kos post on tips related to search engine optimization is well worth reading.

every time I go read DK, ads for the last thing I searched for on the web follow me around. Lately it's been Zappos Dansko sandals:)

There's been a few times when it seemed like the Internet was reading my mind. Ads popping up for things I had thought about but hadn't searched for yet. We-urd...

I have a lot of cleanup to do to ...um...reoptimize us...but it will have to wait until after this weekend.
