News in Raleigh Mobile Home Park up for Sale
Incidentally, a park that would be just the kind of place where this bill would have an impact is up for sale. Homestead Village Mobile Home Park is located in Raleigh off of Capital Boulevard.
Today, the rezoning hearing to change its use (and pave the way for its sale and closure) was put off until August. This change was made at the request of an attorney for the buyer.
Interesting.
