Title: To amend section 48 (relating to depiction of animal cruelty) of title 18, United States Code, and for other purposes.

I do not believe that other people's freedom of speech extends beyond other's right to not suffer, be killed or exploited. I hope you do not. I supported you in the last election.

I will campaign for a republican, or a door mat, or a potted plant over him if Kisell doesn’t support this. Sue Myrick & Howard Coble; both republican NC congressmen are co-sponsors.

Rep. Kissell is a Cosponsor of H.R. 5092. The Congressman also has the highest "Animal Compassion Index" of the entire NC delegation, according to the Animal Welfare Institute.
