It's going to get dirty

Actually, it has already gotten dirty. McCrory's minions have taken to the airwaves with advertising that would make a fact checker blush with embarrassment. The best Mark Binker can say is that McCrory's ad is "not completely egregious."

And it's going to get a lot worse. Look for all lies all the time from Pat McCrory, whose lead in the race as shrunk to little more than the margin of error in a recent PPP survey.

McCrory lead down to six

After being paid to run for governor for most of his life, McCrory should be embarrassed that he even has to campaign. He should be scared too. The more people find out about Walter Dalton, the more they like him.

As Jim Rogers says, a Republican controlled legislature with a Republican governor would be a total freaking disaster.
