I know he isn't a North Carolina Senator, but I caught this bit of drama played out by Republican South Carolina Senator Jim DeMint during the debate over the Lily Ledbetter Act. I think he has a bit of trouble understanding what discrimination is, don't you?

During the 2008 season I caught some of his attack ads against his opponent on the radio. It sounded like he was attacking a Democrat but no, it was someone in his very own party that he was shredding.
