Jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs

On just about every blog and in just about every political newspaper column and just about every TV News Program, it seems we are hearing about how democrats are gonna get the stuffing beat out of them in November, 2010. Most of the pundits are saying that american voters have become disallusioned because of the "politics-as-usual" they have seen during the Health Care Reform debate and will take this out on democratic candidates in the Fall. I respectfully disagree, at least I disagree if the democratic party plays its cards right in the coming months. All of this inter and intra party fighting will be mostly forgotten if Obama and the democratic leadership can get the economy growing and show signs of job creation going on in the U.S.

I think Obama has set his sights on exactly that. He seems to be taking his focus away from the health care issue somewhat and has his sights aimed dead at the jobs crisis if you can believe this presentation or this one or this one or this one, then it looks like he is adamant about his goals.

If jobs are created and the economy shows good signs of growing, all is NOT lost, as the pundits say.
