Kay Hagan, Obstructionist?

Senator Hagan is becoming well known as an obstructionist on health care reform.

According to the Daily Kos,

Kay Hagan is turning out to be the obstructionist on the Senate HELP Committee on a public option. She's now stating her opposition to it publicly.

A pity. NC families need a public option that competes directly with insurance companies to lower cost and improve quality of care and access, that is similar to medicare, and that is not delayed or diluted with a 'trigger'.

In NC we need a competitor with BCBS

and I understand at least 21 other states need a competitor for the same insurance monopoly.

public owned

National healthcare co-op is called for. If the whole country or most anyhow want to participate, then government can be asked to help through a presidential committee at little cost. This would be a strong competitor for all private insurance.
I am a proponent of single payer or public option.
We have the power, we showed it last November.
People unite for the less fortunate members of America. The working people.
