Mill Village Kids for Edwards

Many of us in this area remember when cotton mills provided the food on the table and furniture plants gave us the clothes on our backs. For many families it was tobacco farming, working in a bottling plants, working at the sawmills, driving the bus, truck drivers, union workers, janitors, maids, postal workers, steel workers, even the coal miners and the list goes on.

Today we are so proud of our 'Mill Village Kid' who made it big time and we are joining together to show that support. Senator John Edwards is the most famous of the 'Mill Village Kids' (or other blue collar kids) He is our shining star. If you grew up in a blue collar, working class family then 'Mill Village Kids' is for you. It is for Mill Village kids, coal miners kids, steel workers kids, janitorial workers kids, restuaurant workers kids... any adult kid who knows the meaning of having to struggle to keep food on the table and clothes on their backs. It's free. If your parents had to punch a clock or live by the whistle, you're belong in this group. Wee want to show the most famous 'Mill Village kid how much we support him.

We presently have a web site, but in the near future, the mill village kids will have a more prominent web site. Check us out Here's our site http://www.millvillagekidsforedwards.com We think this is going to be one group you will enjoy being a part of.

Very cool.

Can't wait to see more!

Yes, I love it too...

It's the 'Fonz' type thing... Think how many poor kids in America are made fun of just because they were born in a mill village or a trailer park or a tobacco farm. They had no part in that and some consistently put them down. Most often, the parents are good people too. Now, here's one who was a good guy and not afraid of hard work and he's made it big. I hope a lot of people want to become 'honorary' Mill Village Kids and stand up for the 'poor kids in America'. After all, most Americans aren't rich anyway.

America loves the Mill Village Kid!
