Mitt McCrory's short leash

NC Policy Watch has been all over Mr. Two Faced Etch-a-Sketch McCrory, calling him out for his slide to the right. Today the N&O paints an even brighter picture of the Queen City's top political whore:

But in angling to defeat Democratic Lt. Gov. Walter Dalton in November, he has let the tea party put him on a very short leash, if not a choke chain.

First we have Thom Tillis, who can't bring himself to meet with NC citizens unless he's backed by armed guards, and now we have Pat McCrory is officially running to the right of Jesse Helms and Attila the Hun in his never-ever-ending quest to be governor. Jim Rogers must be proud.
