Montana Republican Caucus
I think it is quite funny that John McCain has been the nominee of the Republican Party for months now, and yet he is still losing states and having 78% of his party voting against him. Not only did he not win Montana, he finished third! Mitt Romney finished first with 38% of the vote and Ron Paul came in second with 25% of the vote. It would be understandable if this had been McCain or Romney's home state, but it is not. This to me is a stunning result out of Montana.

The results you quoted are the results of the Republican Caucus in Montana which was held on February 5th, not today.

Sorry, on CNN's website, it had a link to Montana results and it brought up both Democratic and Republican results. I assumed they were both today! Darn! I was really excited about this! Please let me dream!
