Some vacancies (number still to be determined) on the State Executive Committee (SEC) have occurred due to lack of attendance and the enforcement of provisions calling for replacement, if a member has too many absences at SEC meetings. Mary Starkey saidt yesterday that the Board and staff are working to determine, who will be replaced and how many vacancies will be filled by the County Executive Committee in September at the same meeting as when a new Chair is elected.
