No big surprise here. We already knew that Republicans never really had practical plans and ideas. Now that they have their cushy gummint jobs, nothing else matters.

Mass layoffs of public sector employees

Not a darn thing.

Do public sector employees pay taxes or spend money or buy things?

We'll find out once even more employed people are tossed in the unemployment line if these deficit hysterics get their way.
