What do you love about your life?
Whenever I find myself being a grump, which is a lot lately, I think back to a workshop I did once that started with this question. What do you love about your life? It's amazing how many things everybody could come up with.
One thing I love about my life is travel with my family.
“Don't tell me what you value, show me your budget, and I'll tell you what you value.”
― Joe Biden
that we know someone who posted the ultrasound of a shiny new person on our website. What a happy thing.
I thought that was rather offensive and too sexually-oriented. Those things need to stay in the bedroom. We're christians here, please.
if we should block you, Mr. Ogre. And being the wonderful man that he is, he defended your presence as both interesting and humorous. Maybe I should ask him again.
Why do you hate opposing views? Why so hateful? And, just why do you hate other peoples opinions? Why do you hate the first amendment? these are serious issues!
I love freedom and being free, saying the pledge, eating burgers, votes, sports like baseball and football, and driving cars on roads. I love America and the soldiers. I love christianity and jewishness, etc. I love dogs and all things American. I love the flag and such.
And the aforementioned shiny new person, and his/her lovable wrapper. Great thread, Anglico. It's a good way to end the day, and I'm sure it will be a good way to start tomorrow.
my sweet fuzzy kitties. I like that Germany advanced to the Round of 16 and the US team went home (misplaced patriotism or preferring the better football team? you decide).
But I love that I'm moving home in 9 days.
Why do you hate America? Why do you hate humans (athletes)? Why do you like Nazis (Germans)? You're insane.
I love football players. They're beautiful examples of the human body. Some of them are pretty good looking, too ;)
I root for Germany because my heritage is German. The German football team is a better team with better players than the American team. (Though my pick for this year's winner is actually Argentina...)
I really liked the year I lived in Germany as a student. It was clean, there was ample public transit (I never had a car), you could buy beer in restaurants at 11 am, and there are bakeries on every corner. What's not to love? OK, all the smoking is kinda nasty, and people tend not to use deodorant. But aside from that...
Are you packed? Whose district are you moving into? I think you may have told us and I forgot. One more vote for the good guys. :)
*************************** Vote Democratic, the ass you save may be your own.
I'm moving home to Hillsborough. I just hope I can find a job...
And be sure to come see us in Chapel Hill when you get here!
That's fun for someone. Now Oggie's not even an interestingly ignorant troll, he's just some dude pretending to be horrible.
I'm officially bored.

WHy were you not in a fraternity? Did people hate you and make fun of you? Why were you not cool in college? Why have you never been laid by a woman? Why are you hateful? Answer these questions, now.
I used to be a plastic.com (RIP) regular, and there was inevitably someone who would post a "Why do you hate America?" and it was usually someone being facetious. Though it was more often posted with a real username than a fake one.
I love being married to Mrs. Hoolie. I love my home. I'm crazy about my job. Except during the odd fit of inconsolable barking, I love my dogs. I love my extended family.
I love hearing stories and learning. I love dancing with the language. I love sweating, and I love competition. I love the blogosphere. I love promise and opportunity.
I hope you'll have a "What do you hate?" version sometime. I'll be excited to see how little is mentioned.
All of you hate commerce, human beings, civilizashin, the chinese, making money, freedom, this country, the soldiers, Iraqis, Jews- you all hate Jews. Sickening.
Being with Mrs. Dan and my son Greg! And even though having to contend with my own Disabilites I love the job I get to do twice a week, even though I dont get a penny for doing it I love helping my Brother & Sister Vets and returning soldiers get their benefits & health care! I love being able to walk right out on my front porch here at 3400 ft above sea level and look on all creation and then tromping off thru the woods. And I especially love the fact I found this blog and all of you outstanding folks for friends!!!! I love being able to get out and do my part to help the Shuler campain and the fact that Heath and his campain manager Hayden have been able to be such a positive influence on my son. And I love FREEDOM!!! And the fact that it lets me say this to Oggie, As I am a Military Historian and have studied the Jewish Scriptures also I can say this. Oggie ,I dont think you have a clue as to how boreing you really are! And as you chose it,not I, I would remind you that while you say we talk about Nazis I would tell you this, the name Speer, was the family name of one of the most sadistic Nazi Germans to ever walk the face of this earth! And I love the fact that I said that and dont ever have to reply to you again!hahahahaha
And feeling my body move with less gravity.
I love my kitties' soft fur. I love my crazy husband. I love letting go into the emotional content of a really good performance.
I love rehearsals. I love being nervous before the curtain rises. I love being lost in the performance. I love it when something goes wrong and we all have to figure out how to fix it while staying in character. I love the dance onstage with the cast. I love it when the audience is laughing sooo hard and it's all I can do to stay in character because the only reason I'm not moving forward with the dialogue is because they can't hear it over their laughing. I love it when I'm telling them a tragic story and I could hear a pin drop.
I love warm summer nights sitting outside with lightning bugs glittering all through the woods, and you feel the breeze lifting the hairs on your arms. It's not enough to make you chilly but it just right to cuddle closer to someone you love.
“All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players.” So enjoy the Drama.
