Jason Jenkins sets his sights on Jim Crawford's seat:
Jason Jenkins of Creedmoor announced on his Facebook page that he was running for the House District 2 race, challenging incumbent Rep. Jim Crawford, D-Granville. Crawford was one of five Democrats who voted for the budget in May and voted to override Gov. Bev Perdue’s veto of the budget in June.
Hopefully Jason will stop by BlueNC (hint, hint) and give us a run-down on his positions. In lieu of that, I'm still ready to jump on his wagon...
BlueNC is dedicated to making North Carolina a more progressive and prosperous state. If your intention is to disrupt this effort, please find somewhere else to express your opinions.

He will need folks looking for the opportunity to
hold fundraisers for him and contribute to his campaign, too. :) I'm sure we'll get those opportunities very soon. I, for one, am looking forward to it.
