  1. Start a useless war and waste a trillion dollars.
  2. Give tax breaks to the rich to drive up unprecedented debt.
  3. Obstruct anything that might help solve the problems.
  4. Blame Democrats for everything.
  5. Watch public schools go up in flames.

You left out the 800 lb. gorilla in the room… Extending the “Southern Strategy” via fear mongering and social wedge issues.
