A Return to State's Rights?
A recent Rasmussen survey revealed that 59% of "likely voters" believe states should have the right to opt out of federal programs with which they don't agree. Such a number would have been unimaginable just a few years ago, but I wonder which way this is trending.

Something to keep in mind
with Rasmussen polls:
They also put their strongly approve and disapprove numbers in an easy to find place, and in an easy to share graph, which happens to make the president look really hated when in non-strongly numbers, for Rasmussen and others, for the past 10 months he's been around 50% approval give or take about 5 points rather than really hated.
Was going to make the same point
with much less tact.
Relying on Rasmussen's evidence about politics is like relying on George Bush's evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Nullification is gaining ground in NC
...with NC Spin's own
David Broderinsider load o' crapTom Campbell.See how far ol' Tom has been co-opted by the Puppetshow in his latest column.
It's a real hearkening-back rant.
The missing last line to his column is below.
"In my day sonny, we didn't think things would be this way. Now get me my buggy whip!"
Campbell is a parody of himself
and NC Spin has long held a premier spot on the Puppetshow map.
