Ron Tober going to spend more time with his family

No telling what this means for CATS? And likely we will never know why he REALLY is leaving.

CATS chief executive Ron Tober announced Wednesday morning that he's retiring in late December.

Oh but wait...

Tober will continue working to finish the South Boulevard light rail line, which is scheduled to open in late November.
