I personally am working with the NC Committee to Defend Healthcare to fight for UHC. Rep. Verla Insko has a house bill that calls for a constitutional amenedment to be placed on the ballot before the people, asking whether healthcare is a right or a privilege for North Carolinians.
The people deserve an up or down vote on this issue, given that over 80% think the government should be involved in making sure all citizens have healthcare. Those who would oppose an up or down vote for the citizens of North Carolina, are simply doing the work of big insurance, towing the line for the unreasonably high premiums taxed onto regular citizens, and carrying the water for Blue cross/Blue Shield and their record proceeds.
Jesus Swept ticked me off. Too short. I loved the characters and then POOF it was over.
