Shuler hit with ethics complaint

According to a complaint noted in Blue Ridge Now, Schuler has been getting the benefits of cheap rent without reporting these as gifts.

"It's a huge deal, because there is a gift ban," CREW Executive Director Melanie Sloan said. "That rule exists for a reason. The question is, what are they getting for this (low rent)?"

I'm guessing Shuler's getting a steady stream of Bible lessons from the C-Street zealots ... to make him feel better about fucking over the people he's supposed to represent.

too much, especially with the bible-thumping crowd. He might even pull in some Republican votes.

I actually feel sorry for him. Paying nine hundred bucks to live with the Family is kind of like Grammaw saying "Go out and break me off a switch so I can beat you with it!"
