Skunk

Yesterday our sweet dachshund Jack was sprayed by a skunk here on Jane's family farm in Maryland. We've tried every home remedy available on the web, but nothing does the trick. The dog stinks. The house stinks. Even the outdoors seems to stink, and, believe me, it's really big out there.

We don't have a local vet here in Maryland. Is there a doctor in the house?

And poor everybody else, too.

The only thing I can think of is that Seinfeld episode where her hairdresser ended up using tomato juice to try to get rid of the smell of BO from her hair. I don't think it worked, either.

Have you tried white vinegar?

It removes some of the most noxious odors.

Progressives are the true conservatives.
