Supremes to issue ruling on "Obamacare" today...

...probably.

I am wondering if they will actually issue a ruling this time. I have been expecting this for over a week. However, a good article that explains several possible ramifications for people like me who really, really need national healthcare, came out a few days ago at TPM:

Most of the speculation and reporting about the Court’s options has centered on the mandate: Will the Court uphold it? Will it strike the mandate alone? Or will it strike the mandate, along with tightly linked measures that end discrimination against people with pre-existing medical conditions, and guarantee them access to affordable insurance.

SCOTUS Ruling announcement expected at 10am

While there will be no live broadcast from the Supreme Court, ABC NEWS is Live Blogging this event here.

WRAL is publishing the AP story on the ruling expected this am.

Barring some incredibly strange twist, shortly after 10 o'clock in the morning Thursday, Chief Justice John Roberts is expected to reveal the high court's verdict on President Barack Obama's health care overhaul.

Between 400 and 500 people will crowd into the marble courtroom, the only witnesses to a historic moment that will not be broadcast live on television or radio. Some of those hoping for seats already were in line early Wednesday afternoon...

Law upheld

5-4, with Chief Justice Roberts joining the majority.

Also, the court upheld the 9th circuit ruling by 6-3 saying the so-called "Stolen Valor Act" is unconstitutional.

A great victory!!
