On ethics in government

It is apparent from recent developments that some of our public servants either did not receive adequate edification in the area of ethics, or they've forgotten what they learned. So we're going to talk about this for a little bit. If your ethical compass is true, and you believe that nepotism and patronage are behaviors best avoided, then you can skip this lecture. But if you don't think it's such a big deal, that somebody's making a mountain out of a molehill, then you might want to read on.
