Haiti, how we all can help
Submitted by Foxtrot on Thu, 01/14/2010 - 2:47pmThe situation in Haiti is horrendous. I just listened to a report on my car radio while coming back home that said that the authorities there were having to resort to looking for "fly swarms" to find bodies. I am pretty much of an hard-hearted individual on many things, but I have to admit that brought a tear to my eye, well, truth is it made me cry thinking about it. These people are human beings being dealt a horrible blow to their lives/existance. America is a very giving country.
So, instead of my normal piddly $25 I committed to send to Cal Cunningham this next month, it is going to the Red Cross. Here is how we all can help, and I am sure most folks already know this, but wanted to put it here in any case:
Thanks
