Up until now, revolutionaries and terrorists in South Carolina have had to register with the government and pay a five-dollar fee. The legislature is going to dump those draconian requirements. Republican Party leaders must have gotten worried that they'd land in hot water with all their revolutionary tea-baggin' rhetoric.
