BRAVO BILL FAISON. The one penny tax is painless and we have been without it for a month, a month and in that time we see unemployment SOARING. NCGOP is cutting jobs and dashing the dreams of our future. I am glad a NC House DEMOCRAT finally stood up and provided a PLAN, a real plan with details. The rest of them need to get on board NOW.
