will never be the same.

Nice work.

7 more days of work

to bring that rat @#4tard home.

But I want more. I want him to come on home and face a few investigations, now that the FBI is no longer renting office space from him . . .

Thanks, Dan...

But I respectfully disagree.

Anyone can do what we did, seriously. Thanks to more affordable tools and services such as YouTube, the playing field is so level now that anyone with a camera and a computer can put together something similar with a relatively small learning curve.

It's encouraging to me that so many people have taken Jello Biafra's advice to heart over the last few years - "Don't hate the media, BECOME the media!" Blogging, vlogging, citizen journalism... it's effective, and it has the mainstream media scared to death that they'll be rendered irrelevant in a matter of years. (Notice how many papers have "blogs" now?)

Anyone can do it, and I hope that more people do. Indymedia NOW!

(Also, we gotta give some credit where it's due here - the Desperado clip was all DQ.)

"we're banging pots and pans / to make you understand / we're gonna bury you, man"

I THOUGHT that sounded like DQ

not that I've ever heard her . . .

Hey, A, I'm not sure if that's good or bad!

But ditto to Syntax's comment. Six weeks ago I didn't even know my computer had editing software. Before August, I had only used the video button on my "still" camera to film my cats.

"Desperado" was my first video editing job (except for cutting the beginnings and ends off of some Shuler stuff) and the "debate" video was my second.

Now, I've got another video front-paged on DU. And,that debate video (among lots of other WNCNN stuff) appeared as the top story on WLOS.

So, everyone, grab your cameras. We can take back the media from the networks, starting right now. Woo hoo!!!!

It's good.

I loved your lyrics and voice. Made my day, really.

Congrats to WNCNN for getting frontpaged on DU!

The WNCNN video: "Edwards-What's at Stake" is still up on the homepage of DU and I noticed the view count on the video on youtube is up to nearly 3500!

Great job ya'll on all of your videos!
